All Deltaflex, Turboflex, and Nitroflex share a common platform of input module, output module and core module with the major difference being the speed of handling. The flex 10XX series handler was the first in a family of handlers. Although not considered fast by todays standards this is a great handler for engineering environments where ease of changing kits and the benefit of up to 8 sites and tri-temperature are most important. Take advantage of the availability of one of the worlds most accepted pick and place handlers. Delta has long enjoyed one of the largest installed bases of pick and place handlers in the industry. Automatic tray handling systems (ATU’s) are available for the input and output modules for unattended operation. Mektra can configure input and output ATU’s to meet your needs. Mektra can also upgrade handlers, add up to 8 sites, and help with custom kit manufacturing for almost any through hole or surface mount device.
