The OAI 781 GHI 781 and 782 handler is simple. With a change over time of 15 minutes (only four parts) this handler exemplifies ease of operation. Although not known for use in high volume test houses the 781 and 782 handler is perfect for the customer that wants an environmental handler as well at the flexibility to rapidly change from one package to another. The OAI/GHI 781 and 782 handler is perfect for small lot device testing and characterization.
