All Deltaflex, Turboflex, and Nitroflex share a common platform of input module, output module and core module with the major difference being the speed of handling. The nitroflex is the fastest in the generation of flex handlers and gets its speed from the use of precision servo motors. Take advantage of the availability of one of the worlds most accepted pick and place handlers. Delta has long enjoyed one of the largest installed bases of pick and place handlers in the industry. Automatic tray handling systems (ATU’s) are available for the input and output modules for unattended operation. Mektra can configure input and output ATU’s to meet your needs. Mektra can also upgrade handlers, add up to 8 sites, and help with custom kit manufacturing for almost any through hole or surface mount device.
