  • 3270-IH handles by wafer ring unit rather than with one-by-one device handling, decreasing jamming rates.
  • Position of device, data results and data sorting are stored at handler. The devices are sorted in accordance with the test result at sorter.
  • Using PC control, set-up is easy and enables the conversion of a wide range of software and data processing, and the possibility to interface to host system.
