Advantest’s entry design into the handling world was with the widely used M3741A. These handlers were the workhorses for a lot of the DRAM industry and continue to be in production today. Although capable of ZIP, SOP, DIP and TSOP most all of these handlers were built for the 300 mil SOJ device. There are many of these systems available to suit just about any application you may have.
