Advantest’s M4146A and newer M4172A is a pick and place handler that employs a unique design which uses CCD cameras to carefully align your devices during test to minimize bent leads and maximize proper insertion. This handler is capable of dual site, room and hot handling of QFP, PLCC, PGA and LCC devices.
