The JLSI 8995 TESAM 8995 is a handler, which is designed for automatic loading, testing, sorting, and unloading of SMD devices. In particular this single site handler is well suited to large devices and can accommodate large test heads. The 8995’s tri-temperature capability as well as the multi-tray input and output elevators are perfect for higher productivity and cost efficiency. The IPS 8995 features the ability to rotate devices 90 degrees at the input and output in case the socket is oriented differently than the trays.
