The Multitest 9308 series handlers are designed to accommodate a wide variety of SO devices at high speeds (MSOP, SOIC, etc...) The Multitest 9308 handler is the first generation high speed design built to provide fast operation. This handler is usually more readily available than the newer and faster Multitest 9320, Multitest 9918 and Multitest 9928 handler).
