Warranties
MEKTRA is dedicated to your satisfaction, whatever type of equipment you purchase or whatever level of service you require. For most equipment in stock, we give an operational guarantee and a parts warranty. Whether the equipment is in our inventory or off site, we can arrange for a certified examination and diagnostic reports. Of course, all equipment can be inspected either at our facility in San Jose or on our customer’s test floor. For the greatest savings and fastest turn around times, MEKTRA will also sell equipment on an as-is and where-is basis.
Payment Terms
For most all items in stock MEKTRA can offer payment terms to qualified customers including 2% net 10 discounts. MEKTRA also offers discounts on multiple equipment purchases.
