Handlers: Advantest M4182A

         

Advantest’s newer M41x2A series handler is the M4182A that employs a similar design philosophy with the older 4162 and 4172 models. The M4182A is optimized for a higher throughput and adds the capability of handling BGA devices. This pick and place handler also employs a unique design which uses CCD cameras to carefully align your devices during test to minimize bent leads and maximize proper insertion. This handler is capable of dual site, room and hot handling of QFP, BGA, and PLCC devices.
