SOJ Devices

Symtek MP and MTS environmental handlers are built to handle a variety of through hole as well as surface mount devices. Originally designed for the rigors of high volume production testing of DRAM devices, the MP and MTS handlers can be custom modified by MEKTRA to handle many packages. Take advantage of the inherent flexibility of the MP and MTS handler. This machine can be software configured for single, dual, quad, octal or sixteen site operation. Users can select true parallel or ping pong mode testing.

  • Room and hot or tri-temperature models
  • Tube to tube
  • 3,000 - 8,000 UPH depending upon device type
  • large rotary thermal chamber
  • 25 programmable output tracks

DIL (DIP and CERDIP) Devices

Unlike the Series 300 designs the 3D and 6D and MP handlers were the latest MTS style design from Symtek. Utilizing two parallel spools to perform parallel test the MTS handler is a very robust production handler for tri-temperature testing of DIP devices. Mektra usually has a selection of these handlers in stock for quick delivery.
