Eagle

Eagle Test Systems, a subsidiary of Teradyne, is a supplier of automatic test equipment (ATE). The company's focus is on the design, manufacture, sales and service of high-performance automated test equipment, or ATE, for the semiconductor industry. Eagle's customers, including semiconductor manufacturers and assembly and test subcontractors, use the products to test analog, a combination of digital and analog, known as mixed-signal, and radio frequency, or RF, semiconductors.

Eagle Test System's proprietary SmartPin technology enables multiple semiconductor devices to be tested simultaneously, or in parallel, on an individual test system.
